Three new aseptic filling suites for a contract manufacturer scaling up for a major vaccine client. We ran the full V-model qualification lifecycle: VMP, DQ, IQ/OQ/PQ — and structured FAT at the OEM site in Germany to generate IQ evidence directly, eliminating a separate re-execution phase on site.

Dairy Processing Line — Cooperative, Friesland

Full EPCM for a new UHT processing and aseptic packaging line inside an operating dairy factory. The challenge: install and commission the new line without shutting down the existing production — and pass the FSSC 22000 audit before the first product run. We redesigned the CIP routing to allow phased commissioning and ran a shadow HACCP validation in parallel with construction.
