Our Services

EPCM Engineering & Project Management Services

Every service. One team. No gaps at the handovers.

We cover the full EPCM cycle: engineering, procurement, construction management, project management, and acceptance testing. You get one team who knows your project from the first sketch to the final handover, not a relay race of specialists who've never met each other.

01

Engineering

Good engineering doesn't just work on paper but has to work on site; under real conditions, with real contractors interpreting your drawings at 7:30am in the rain. Our multi-discipline team designs to construction-ready quality, so the people building your facility aren't constantly asking questions the drawings should have answered. For food and pharma projects, HACCP and cGMP aren't things we "consider" they're built into the first design session, not reviewed during the fifth.

Project Management

A project without tight control drifts usually quietly until it's too late to recover. Our project managers keep budget, schedule, and scope in check using systems that give you real visibility, not filtered summaries. You know what's happening when it's happening, not at the monthly report.

Construction Management

On site, we act as your representative not the contractor's manager, not a neutral referee. Everything that happens on that site is our problem to manage, so it doesn't become yours. We are there with the authority of your office, making sure what was designed is what gets built, on budget and on programme.

Under EPCM, all contracts with site contractors remain yours we manage them on your behalf. You retain full transparency and control. This is the difference between EPCM and handing the keys to an EPC contractor.

Procurement & Tendering

Procurement is where projects are won or lost. The wrong supplier, selected on price rather than capability, will cost more in rework, delays, and qualification problems than any saving made at tender stage. Under the C2 Method, all supplier contracts remain in your name โ€” we run the tendering process and give you a clear recommendation, but the decision and the commercial relationship stay yours.

For regulated industries, procurement isn't just a commercial exercise. Equipment must be specified to meet qualification requirements before a purchase order is raised. We manage the full procurement cycle with the qualification lifecycle in view from the first specification โ€” Design Qualification before purchase, not after delivery.

FAT & SAT

Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) are critical quality checkpoints before systems go live. In regulated industries (pharma, food, and life sciences) FAT and SAT are not just operational milestones: they are qualification events that feed directly into IQ, OQ, and PQ under the V-model. C2Improve plans, witnesses, and manages these programmes as an independent expert.

Owner's Engineer is embedded on your side.

Sometimes you don't need full EPCM but you just need someone technically sharp sitting on your side of the table. As Owner's Engineer, we embed in your team on a day-rate basis: challenging what suppliers tell you, reviewing designs before you sign off, managing qualification programmes, and making sure nobody is selling you equipment you don't need. It's the highest-value thing we do and often where the relationship starts.

Not ready for full EPCM? Start here.

We're not going to sell you a six-figure project if a five-day engagement answers your real question. These fixed-scope products give you a clear picture of what your project needs before you commit to anything bigger.

Validation Readiness Review

Before you launch your next qualification lifecycle, we spend a day on site reviewing your URS, DQ approach, and FAT/SAT readiness. We flag the gaps that typically cause inspection findings the kind that delay production start by months and give you a clear scope for the IQ/OQ/PQ work ahead.

Deliverable: 2-page gap analysis + recommended qualification scope + fee estimate. Within 5 working days of our site visit.

HACCP Engineering Audit

We walk your production facility and check whether the physical engineering matches your HACCP plan. We find the CCPs that aren't properly controlled by the current design, the hygienic design gaps your cleaning team is compensating for, and the allergen segregation risks that a BRC auditor will eventually find. Better we find them first.

Deliverable: Prioritised engineering action list + remediation scope. Within 5 working days of our site visit.

Project Definition Workshop

You have a capital project in mind but no clear scope, budget, or timeline. We run a structured 2-day workshop with your team (operations, quality, maintenance, finance) to turn the idea into a properly scoped project brief with a ยฑ25% budget estimate. You walk away knowing what you're buying.

Deliverable: Project brief + scope matrix + budget estimate + recommended delivery strategy. Within 10 working days.
