Engineering

Good engineering doesn't just work on paper — it has to work on site, under real conditions, with real contractors interpreting your drawings at 6am in the rain. Our multi-discipline team designs to construction-ready quality, so the people building your facility aren't constantly asking questions the drawings should have answered. For food and pharma projects, HACCP and cGMP aren't things we "consider" — they're built into the first design session, not reviewed during the fifth.

Construction Management

On site, we act as your representative — not the contractor's manager, not a neutral referee. Everything that happens on that site is our problem to manage, so it doesn't become yours. We are there with the authority of your office, making sure what was designed is what gets built, on budget and on programme.

Under EPCM, all contracts with site contractors remain yours — we manage them on your behalf. You retain full transparency and control. This is the difference between EPCM and handing the keys to an EPC contractor.
